By accessing and using Lyenk (including the Insight Engine and Service Marketplace), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Lyenk provides a Customer Insight Engine (engine.lyenk.com) for businesses to collect and analyze customer feedback, and a Service Marketplace (app.lyenk.com) connecting businesses with verified service providers across East Africa.
To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Use of the Insight Engine may require the purchase of "Credits." Credits never expire and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Prices for packages are subject to change, but changes will not affect previously purchased credits.
When using the Service Marketplace, Lyenk acts only as an intermediary between the business and the service provider. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of providers to deliver services.
You agree not to use our services to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) distribute malicious software or spam; (d) harass, abuse, or harm another person; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyenk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
